- Manage all daily operations for customer service, Purchasing/logistics team and warehouse locations.
- Develop operations SOP for responsible teams.
- Coordinate business operations between the different departments within the organization.
- Responsible for operational budget creation, management and deliverables.
- Responsible for sales order fulfillment, sales forecast and analysis
- Responsible for purchasing and inventory control, and logistics cost control.
- Responsible for warehouse management: take charge of daily inbound & outbound, inventory management, stock level control, stock turnover management, cost control, etc.
- Responsible for RMA
- Implement strict budgetary controls
- Strong problem solving skills and techniques
- Delegation of duties to the right employees
- Prepare Reports: 1) Weekly & Monthly Inventory Report; 2) Weekly & Monthly Shipping Report; 3) Weekly & Monthly Order Fulfillment Report; 4) Other Logistics Related Report may Needed, etc.
